My philosophy is simple, let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.

My coaching approach.


Are you struggling with brain fog? How about sugar or salt cravings? Are you waking up more stiff and achy than when you went to bed? Maybe you are just looking to lose those last stubborn pounds that just won’t let go???

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.?

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.

It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. They feel empowered to continue on this path of health armed with tools and knowledge they are able to pass on to friends and family, thereby creating a ripple effect of health within their communities.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, improving sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!

Primary Food™

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.


The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body !

A Simple Plan

Do you want to end the struggle and lose weight naturally, enjoy freedom of movement without pain in your joints, sleep so well you wake with energy, eliminate digestive issues and remember where you left your glasses? All of these things are possible. These don’t have to be common afflictions as you grow older. Unfortunately, for some it is accepted as a way of life. But this does not have to be the case at all, you can be healthy, active and full of energy at any age.

Food literally changes everything when it comes to your health that’s why a nutritional health coach is so important to achieving your goals. A health coach clears the confusion of what is truly healthy and what simply claims to be via marketing campaigns. They provide knowledge that allows you to make the best, most nutritious choices, hold you accountable to your goals and support you in living a healthy lifestyle permanently.??

With a clear and meaningful plan that is uniquely designed for your needs my clients are empowered with the tools for change and the support of a an expert to help them navigate positive lifestyle changes and reach their goals.??

A coaching program requires change, commitment, hard work and a true desire to improve your health. There is no hand holding or babysitting in a coaching program but there is support, active listening and continual challenges that propel you forward.?

Group Coaching 6 month (7 sessions) or 3 month (4 sessions) plans.
4 Participants minimum.

A La Cart Services


In this 90 minute session, we will go through your pantry to see what healthy alternatives we can find, this is a very fun and educational process.


This session included 30 days of text support questions. A complimentary consultation and health history must be completed prior to coaching session.


We will take a personal store tour of Whole Foods, where we will explore healthy options and alternatives aimed at getting you back in shape!


I am available for 1 hour long health and diet related speaking engagements. I can discuss many topics and cater the conversation to your event, contact me for more details.


Having a health related event? Why not teach your crowd how to make their own nut or seed milk as an alternative to dairy milk products? Its easy and fun! (6 participant minimum).


I am available for health and wellness workshops or seminars where we can go over topics such as; cravings, immunity, women’s health, increase energy, weight lost, wealth with health.
